Approval
Every claim is reviewed
Creating an account does not grant access to a hotel. We verify that the person claiming represents the hotel, usually via a business email address on the hotel's domain. Access to a hotel is granted only after a claim is approved.
Editorial independence is preserved: claiming a profile does not change our reviews, rankings or editorial coverage.
