Bvlgari Resort Dubai sits on Jumeira Bay, a man-made island connected to the mainland by a single causeway. Every room and suite has a private balcony facing the marina or the beach; the resort's own specification gives guestrooms at 53 square metres, junior suites at 80, executive suites at 105 and the Bvlgari Suite at 120.
Two rows of standalone villas, each with a private pool, face either the beach or the city skyline, and the marina gives the resort a working waterfront rather than a decorative one.
